Lares Trek to Machu Picchu 4 days / 3 nights

TOURS DAY 1:

TOUR CUSCO – LARES TREK TO MACHU PICCHU – HUACAHUASI

We will pick you up from your hotel at 6 am ,and drive for 3 hours arriving to Lares hot springs aproxi. 9am. here we will spend 2 hours to enjoy the thermal medicine hot springs after that we will walk 3 hours aprox. Following a path to our first campsite located at wacahuasi (3200m.) a small community. The people here produce some of the finest weavings in Peru ,and we will have the chance to observe their skills and brilliant techniques, as they make ponchos and other garments by hand.lunch,dinner

TOURS DAY 2:

TREKKING WACA WASI – IPSAYCOCHA

After breakfast very early we will continue with our hiking this is the hardest day of the trek we have to climb the pass of ipsaycocha (4350m) from this point we have an amazing view of the mountains like pumahuanca ( 5330m), sahuasiray and Pitusiray and then continue going down to ipsaycocha lake where we make camp for the night (4200m) breakfast,lunch,dinner

TOURS DAY 3:

TREKKING IPSAYCOCHA – OLLANTAYTAMBO – AGUAS CALIENTES “Pueblo of Machupicchu”

This day the trail leads downhill an overlook facing a wide valley

Descending into the valley we will eventually arrive at the community of willoc (3200m) where we will have lunch from willoc we will make a 2 hours trek to pumamarca hiking along a beautiful Inca terraces, and then arriving to ollantaytanbo.

this ancient Inka village is considered one of the most important living museums in the world. This is a perfect place to appreciate the vast archeological complex of Ollantaytanbo and a wide variety of flowers and birds. From Ollantaytanbo, we will board the train to Aguas Calientes at 8 pm, and spend the night there in a comfortable hostel. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

TOURS DAY 4:

AGUAS CALIENTES “Pueblo of Machupicchu” – TREK TO MACHU PICCHU – TOUR CUSCO

After an early breakfast we climb to machupicchu, where you will enjoy a tree hour guided tour of the ancient inca citadel. Afterwards we will take the bus down to aguas Calientes where there we will have free time to enjoy the town and the hot springs. At 4 pm we come back to cusco. Breakfast.
